Roger Hendricks Simon ROGER HENDRICKS SIMON has taught and directed actors, writers and directors in London and throughout Europe, India, Pakistan, Iran, Nigeria and South Africa. He is a graduate of Yale Drama School and founding member of Robert Brustein’s Yale Repertory Company, elected to Notable Names in American Theatre. He has directed and acted for Joseph Papp at the New York Shakespeare Festival, London’s Royal Court Theatre, Dublin’s Abbey Theatre, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Lincoln Center, Edinburgh Festival, BAM, Los Angeles Theatre Center, LaMama and The Roundabout to name a few. Recently he directed Benjamin Britton’s “A Midsummer Nights Dream” for the Julliard Opera Theatre at Lincoln Center. He also is the producing director of National Public Radio’s Simon Studio Presents.
Roger is the founding artistic director of The Los Angeles Theatre Center’s Classical Lab; as well as THE SIMON STUDIO in NYC (currently in its 24th year) where he teaches acting and directs Professional Lab.
