An approach to
Arnold J. Mungioli is president of Mungioli Theatricals, INC. Current casting projects include Loot at the McCarter Theater, and When You Wish, the latest stage musical in development from Disney Theatrical Productions. Arnold is working on other projects with Disney as well. In addition, his recent casting work includes projects at Trinity Rep, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, and the Marriott Lincolnshire Theater, among others. Prior to setting up his own company, Arnold served as Executive Director of Casting for Disney Theatrical Productions whose work includes productions of The Lion King, Aida, and Beauty and the Beast all across the globe. As Senior Vice President of Casting and Creative Development for the international theatrical producing company, Livent, INC., Arnold cast four companies of Ragtime, and two companies of Fosse, five companies of the Hal Prince production of Showboat, Candide, Music of the night, Sunset Boulevard, Kiss of the Spiderwoman, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Phantom of the Opera, and many other productions, including workshop productions of Seussical and Sweet Smell of Success.
Arnold has received two Artios Awards from the Casting
Society of America for outstanding achievement for his work on Showboat
and Ragtime. As a director, Arnold has worked at MCC
Theater, the John Houseman Theater, National Shakespeare Conservatory and
others. Internationally, He has taught master classes and seminars in New York,
Los Angeles, and Toronto, and cast throughout the United States, Europe,
Australia and New Zealand. He currently serves on the
